Our Property Management division has recently been set up and is managed by Kate Motely, an experienced and well respected Nelson regional Property Manager. Our business environment  customer goals are summarised quite clearly by Kate "We don't promise, we deliver".  In the short time Kate has been running our Property Management as a start up business, she has been very successful in building a very satisfied customer base with enquiries growing from Landlords as to the benefits of the service that Kate can deliver to them.

Our experienced manager has extensive experience in managing rental portfolios both liasing and keeping Landlords informed and dealing with Tenants.

With expert systems and technology in place, Kate is able to keep Landlords fully informed of the current status of their portfolio, whilst maintaining excellent working relationships with Tenants and trades people.

Thoroughly versed in the correct procedures and having a wide understanding of the Tenancies Act, here are some of the services our rental divisions supply:

  •  Attend to any Maintenance as required, normally to a specified maximum amount (we will contact you or your representative for any items in excess of a set limit)

  •  Arrange new Tenants should the existing Tenants vacate
  •  Rent Reviews, as requested – rents are continually monitored taking into account up-to-date market conditions
  •  Instigate Legal proceedings if necessary against a Tenant on your behalf
  •  Attend Residential Tenancy Tribunal on your behalf
  •  Credit checks on tenants

We also pride ourselves on the unsurpassed service we offer to our tenants. We place as much emphasis on ensuring our tenants are offered a professional, expert service as we do to our landlords.

You can expect:

  •  A welcome pack on entering your rental, providing you with all the information you require.
  •  Explicit details of processes and expectations for inspection, rental payments, leasing and vacating a rental property.
  •  Respect and courtesy. For example, you will receive required notice of inspection and when vacating a property, no one is shown through the property unescorted
