Toby Randall

For Toby Randall, a career in Rural real estate was a no brainer.
With a real love for the country, Toby has a connection with the people he works with and an understanding of their lifestyle and needs, which enables him to match the right people up with your property. With a patch covering Golden Bay, and spanning from Nelson across to Marlborough, Toby has a real passion for the diverse landscape and what it offers his clients, from sheep and beef farms, through to vineyards, kiwifruit and hops, not to forget some of the best lifestyle properties in New Zealand. A keen Hunter, Toby spends much of his spare time out and about exploring the region, whether it’s doing a five-day hunting trip, or a day on the water looking for a king fish. With Toby's little remaining spare time he is renovating his villa, enjoying seeing his hard work pay off. He enjoys a good laugh and a bit of fun, but when it’s time to get serious and get the job done, it’s a “boots on, switch on” attitude. Although Toby does not love new technology, having advanced ability to use social media and new technology is proving to be a clear advantage, leading to multiple sales. Although Toby is very skilled with Technology, he is still very old school in his way of thinking and true to his word, if he tells you he will be somewhere, he will, and if he says he will call you, he will. While many real estate agents have been in the game for a long time and rely on their reputation, Toby is working tirelessly to establish his reputation as a rural – lifestyle specialist, and wants you to be a part of the journey.

His results speak for themselves!

"We found Toby to be professional, friendly and easy to work with, and were very happy with our final result."

"He Marketed the property effectively, and creatively."

“He made the process really comfortable & stress-free, and was completely honest and open with us both.”

Sharyn Miller

After studying at Lincoln University, Sharyn worked for 14 years as a Wool Buyer for a NZ Wool Exporting Company. Her role included buying wool on behalf of high end Italian and Japanese spinning mills and liaising with farmers in the purchase of their wool.

Sharyn then went to work for The New Zealand Merino Company for 13 years as an Area Manager travelling 100's of kms each year to see her customers. Sharyn was the on-farm point of contact for the farmer clients in Central Otago and McKenzie Country initially and then worked with the farmer clients in the greater Canterbury region.

We are really pleased to have Sharyn join the team and for Sharyn to bring her area of expertise and knowledge relating to Sheep Farming to this very successful Rural Team.
